Married for over fifteen years, Sasha and Charlie are each other’s best friends and supporters. They have longed for a child ever since they married in 2007, and their greatest heartache has been the inability to add to their family.
Over the past 6 years Sasha has undergone numerous rounds of IVF at three different IVF clinics, and unfortunately, all attempts at pregnancy have proven unsuccessful. Their Houston-based IVF clinic finally recommended they use an egg donor and a surrogate, and they currently have four genetically normal embryos waiting to be transferred.
Charlie and Sasha work together in a commercial real estate company, and in their free time they love spending time outdoors. Hiking, fishing, and skiing are some of their favorite hobbies. They enjoy traveling and experiencing new cultures, and a frequent pastime of theirs is visiting museums and learning about art and history.
Sasha and Charlie are very united in everything they do professionally and personally. As such, they would love to have weekly conversations/calls with their surrogate and hope to keep in touch with her for years to come. They are truly thankful that an amazing woman would help them realize their dream of having a family.
